The bonding centering auxiliary device introduces our company's newly introduced multi-lens gluing centering device. Together with our reflector eccentric device, it achieves highly efficient and precise centering gluing. The measurement software can monitor the optical axis position in real time and calculate the ideal center position. The auxiliary adjustment device can fine-tune the bonded lens through high-pressure air blowing or mechanical adjustment tables, pushing the actual optical axis position to the ideal position (or within the required centering tolerance circle), thereby curing for precise bonding.
