It is suitable for detecting eccentricity errors in feeding/outgoing single lenses and bonded lenses, as well as positioning and calibrating optical centers during lens bonding/assembly. Using transmission or reflection measurement modes, it meets the needs of circular lenses, square (or irregular) lenses, spherical or cylindrical and aspherical lenses capable of visible or infrared light, as well as compression-molded lenses, and eccentricity measurements for lenses of different diameters ranging from Φ1~150mm (expandable to Φ300 and above) and thicknesses (0.5mm thin lenses to 100mm rod lenses). It is especially suitable for detecting eccentricity error incoming and outgoing for single lenses and bonded lenses. Combined with our precision centering auxiliary adjustment device, it enables efficient positioning and adjustment of optical centers during the gluing/assembly process of precision multi-lens lenses.
