1. UV LED Curing Machine Luminous Rate: Commonly referred to as the external quantum efficiency of the component, it is the product of the component's internal quantum efficiency and the component's removal efficiency. The electro-optical conversion efficiency of the components themselves is closely related to the module's characteristics (such as the material's energy bands, defects, impurities), the composition and structure of the module's crystal stacking, and so on. The product of the internal quantum efficiency of the component and its extraction efficiency gives the entire luminous effect of the component, which is the external quantum efficiency of the component. Improving the efficiency of component removal has become an important research topic.


 2. High-power UVLED packaging: mainly considering heat dissipation and light output. For heat dissipation, copper is used for heat lining, then connected to an aluminum heat sink. The dies and heat liner are connected by solder soldering, which is effective and cost-effective. For light output, chip flip-chip technology is used, with additional reflective surfaces on the bottom and sides to reflect wasted light energy, allowing for more dimmed light output.


 3. Lifespan of the UV LED Curing Machine: Prolonged operation of UV LED curing machines can cause light degradation and aging, especially for high-power UV LED curers, where the issue is even more severe. When measuring the lifespan of a UV LED curing machine, it is far from sufficient to use lamp damage as the final measure of its lifespan; the lifespan of the LED should be defined by the light attenuation percentage of the UV LED curing machine.


 4. Thermal characteristics of the UV LED curing machine: At low current, LED temperature rise is not obvious. If the ambient temperature is high, the main wavelength of the UVLED will shift red, brightness will decrease, and the uniformity and consistency of light emission will worsen, making heat dissipation design crucial.
